MLS Agent Report View a Work in Progress; Expect Continued Changes/Updates

Ongoing User Feedback and System Updates Driving Enhancements To CCAR, Bay East and Paragon MLS Agent Report Views

CCAR | Bay East MLSs:
Since the launch of the new MLS Agent Report view in July, CCAR and Bay East MLS staff have collected both positive and negative feedback from users and they are now performing formatting changes accordingly. Additional system enhancements will continue to be implemented throughout July and August. Please be advised: the following modifications will also result in changes/updates to the placement/location of preexisting content:

Changes completed:
  • Print/email checkbox
  • “Ownership Type” field
  • “Photo Navigation” and “Labels” fields
  • “Sale Terms” data updated to "How Sold"
Future formatting enhancements:
  • Add more room in left margins (already completed for Residential)
  • Add “List Price” label (already completed for Residential)
  • Increase font size
  • Change “MLS#” to bold font
  • Add "Kitchen,” “View,” “Solar,” “Foundation,” “Disabled" features (already completed for Residential)
  • Move “Showing Information” and “Agent Information” above “Remarks” section
Paragon MLS:
Following a comprehensive assessment of usage statistics and layouts, combined with increased data requirements, MLS integration and mandatory disclaimer changes from NAR/CAR, an M3 (Multiple MLS Management) task force has redesigned the Agent Report view in Paragon MLS. The resulting design is now the default for the revised Paragon Agent Report view.

  • 2014: N.A.R./C.A.R. institute mandatory changes to MLS disclaimers on all report views.
  • 2016: To complete a full data integration, CCAR and Bay East MLSs modify “Public Remarks” and “Confidential Remarks” to accommodate MLSListings’ 1,000-character-limit.
  • 2014-17: Additional data fields added to MLS requiring corresponding additions to report views.
