No Toolbar in Paragon?

 

If you have not done so already; Run the system checker that can be found on the front page of Paragon MLS



If you are unable to run the system checker or are still having the issue, try following these steps:

  • 1. First make sure that you are using the Microsoft Internet Explorer.
  • 2. Click 'Tools'.
  • 3. Click 'Internet Options'.
  • 4. Click 'Delete Cookies' and then click 'OK'.
  • 5. Click 'Delete Files'.
  • 6. Click the 'Advanced' tab and scroll down to the category 'Multimedia'.
  • 7. Directly above 'Multimedia', you should see 'Microsoft VM'.
  • 8. If not, click here to install the MS Virtual machine.
  • 9. Return to the 'Advanced' tab and scroll down to 'Multimedia'.
  • 10. If Java [Sun] is checked with the advanced tab, uncheck it.
  • 11. Restart you computer.
