Enhancing your REALTOR.com listings

 

All members of the NAR receive basic property promotion on REALTOR.com®. Enhancing a listing on REALTOR.com® enables members to promote themselves and their properties through branding and listing feature upgrades such as multiple photos and showcase banners.

 

  • Ensure that every listing includes your phone number and email address
  • Build your personal brand with your photo prominently displayed
  • Limit other advertising distractions
  • Make every listing a link to your Web site
  • Evaluate your marketing activities with Monthly Listings Performance Reports

There are two main types of listing enhancements:


  • Standard Listing Enhancements -

    Standard Agent
     Agent Name, Slogan
     Agent Photo
     Agent Contact Information
     Link to Agent Web Site (doesn't need to be a REALTOR.com® site)
     Printable Brochure
     Ability to include Internet Remarks if RETS MLS
     Suppression of the Skyscraper & Rectangle Ad
     View Agent's Other Listings
