Cooperating Key Information

CCAR MLS® Members and CCAR MLS® Co-Op key holders from reciprocal MLS organizations now have the opportunity to enable functionality for their lockbox key in the following counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, El Dorado, Marin, Mendocino, Merced, Monterey, Napa, No. San Mateo, Placer, Sacramento, San Benito, San Francisco, San Joaquin, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus, and Yolo.

If you belong to either the BAREIS or MetroList MLS organizations and would like your lockbox key to function properly in the CCAR MLS coverage areas, bring your lockbox key to our service center at the address below and our staff will execute the following process:

1.We will verify the agent is a member with BAREIS or MetroList by searching the SupraNet system by Key Serial # or by checking the agent roster in Paragon.

2. We will have the Agent complete CCAR's Co-Op Key Agreement, CCAR Member Application, and the Cooperating Key Receipt Form.

3. We will request a completed Membership Application, copy of Drivers License, copy of DRE License and appropriate Co‐Op key fee.

4. We will assist Agent in performing a key update before leaving.
