Out With the Old – In With the New…Features of zipLogix Digital Ink™!
More features are coming your way this month. Beginning August 10th, your digital signature software is no longer just a “Beta” version. The enhanced user interface is packed with great features. If you haven’t used ziplogix Digital Ink™ software service, then you’re missing out!
Check out the latest enhancements:
- Use the View History button to ensure the validity of the documents and the signing process.
- Easily manage uploaded and delete documents in any order. Note that documents must be uploaded as PDF copies for e-signature.
- Previously e-signed forms are now available for re-upload in order to add additional signers.
- Sort signing parties for the sequential signing process. Edit roles whether a signer can be pre-selected from zipForm® 6 or added as a new party on the new dashboard.
All document editing will be done in the zipLogix Digital Ink™ web interface eliminating the need to have a Preview button. All signature tagging of the forms should be done by clicking on the button “Continue to zipLogix Digital Ink™.”
