You're sitting next to your client, you don't have a printer, but you do have your iPad. The latest enhancement to zipForm® Mobile Web Edition is the ability to sign documents with your fingers or capacitive stylus directly on the mobile device.

With mobile integration to zipVault®, your free storage solution for C.A.R., you can also sign non-digitized zipForm® 6 documents such as local disclosures or broker forms. After execution, all completed documents will automatically sync to zipVault® allowing for a 5-year online document retention.

Emails automatically go out to all signing parties as a PDF after completion. You'll also have the option to fax completed documents to any fax machine in the U.S. (free from C.A.R.) directly from your iPad.

All current zipForm® Mobile Web Edition users receive TouchSign™ at no additional charge. Look for the "Signatures" icon while inside of a transaction. This feature is only available for tablet users (not smartphones).
