On Tuesday, September 27th starting at 5:00pm and ending at 8:00pm, Supra will be conducting routine maintenance at their data center.

What Will Not Be Available?

Only update codes will be available on SupraWEB and KIMVoice.

SupraNET will not be available.

DisplayKEY eSYNCs will not be available.

eKEY eSYNC/Wireless Updates will not be available.

What Will Be Available?

SupraWEB and KIMVoice will both be available for update codes only.

ActiveKEYs will be able to update during the maintenance period.

Supra Keyholder Support, 877-699-6787, will be available to provide assistance for any keyholder who needs to update their key.
