Bill Clemente

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the sudden and unexpected passing of Bill Clemente, CCAR Director, CCRIM past president and REALTOR® with Dudum Real Estate Group. Our deepest condolences to his family.

Bill was beloved by all that knew him, and will be missed tremendously.

Services for Bill will be held at the Dean Lesher Regional Center for the Arts on Saturday, February 11th at 2pm. A Reflection Reception with Light Fair will immediately follow the service.

In Memoriam: Loretta Hale

Loretta Hale was part of our real estate family for many years. Loretta passed away Friday, November 11. There will be a funeral mass for Loretta Thursday, November 17 at 10:30am at St. Isidore's Catholic Church, 440 La Gonda Way in Danville.

In Memoriam: Diane Condrey-Vallon

Diane Condrey-Vallon of People & Properties Sotheby’s in Danville, passed away on Wednesday, November 9. Services are scheduled for Monday, November 21, at 10am at St. Isadore’s Catholic Church, 440 La Gonda Way in Danville.

In Memoriam: Valerie Reschke

Our dear colleague Valerie Reschke passed away on October 12th at age 77. She will be buried at Arlington National Cemetery; at this time, no local memorial service is planned.

Val was a long−time trustee of the CCAR Scholarship Foundation and also served as its president in past years. Val recently established and fully funded her own perpetual scholarship.

We will most certainly miss Valerie´s warmth, generosity, genuine friendship, and service to her community.

In Memoriam: Van Pelt

Longtime CCAR member Antone Van Pelt passed away on September
10 in his sleep while camping under the stars on the family ranch in
Copperopolis, California.

He was a broker/owner of the Better Homes office on Treat Boulevard in
Walnut Creek. Antone was a member of CCAR for thirty years and had been
associated with Better Homes Realty since 1979.

Members and friends are invited to attend a memorial service arranged by
his daughters, Shaina and Emily, on Saturday, September 24 from 4:00 –
8:00 p.m. at his home at 1990 Hoover Avenue in Pleasant Hill.

Mary Kenny

Contra Costa REALTOR®, colleague and friend Mary Kenny passed away on June 30, 2011. While the service will be a private one at their Lake Tahoe home, friends are may send their thoughts and condolences to Mary's husband Gerry and their family at 175 Pleasant Valley Drive, Walnut Creek, CA. 94597
