It’s a versatile program that offers flexibility of use both in the office and on the go, online or offline. To help you get the most out of your zipForm® 6 account, C.A.R. has created a number of free and paid benefits that enhance the program’s functionality.
1. Online Document Storage: zipVault™ for zipForm® 6 offers free and unlimited faxing directly from within zipForm®. This unlimited online filing cabinet allows you to store transactional documents online for up to five years within a zipForm® 6 Professional account.
2. Digital Signatures: zipLogix Digital Ink™ is a free digital signature solution for signing transactional documents within zipForm® 6. Obtain one document with all signatures attached even when parties are geographically diverse.
3. ePUBS® for zipForm® 6: This free library offers the ability to email a digitized version of the Combined Hazards Book, Home Energy Rating System pamphlet and a separate signature page directly to clients.
4. zipForm® Mobile: Get zipForm® 6 on your iPad or Smartphone. The zipForm® Mobile Web Edition lets you connect to the important information contained in your zipForm® 6 Professional account, and manage online transactions from the palm of your hand. It's available for a nominal annual fee of $9.95.
5. Foreclosure Prevention Library: This free library for zipForm® 6 consists of eight short documents that offer tips on how homeowners can avoid foreclosure and foreclosure scams, like “Tips for a Short Sale Seller,” “Short Sale Process, Foreclosure Timeline,” and “Home Liability After Foreclosure.”
6. Forms Advisor™: Forms Advisor™ is a free online software program that identifies which C.A.R. Standard Forms to use and, when used in conjunction with Forms Tutor®, how to complete the forms. Access Forms Advisor™ directly from your zipForm® 6 Professional account or by visiting http://www.car.org/tools/zipForm6/FormsAdvisor/.
7. Forms Tutor®: Forms Tutor® is a free online service that explains how to fill out C.A.R. Standard Forms clause-by-clause, and includes helpful audio and text instructions to guide you. Go to http://www.car.org/tools/zipForm6/ft/ to access the program.
8. Open House Library: Add the Open House Library to your zipForm® 6 account to access seven documents specifically created to help REALTORS® plan and organize a successful open house event. The library is $49 and available for purchase through your zipForm® 6 account.
9. AIR Commercial Forms Library: C.A.R. and AIR have teamed up to provide you with 15 forms from the AIR commercial forms library. AIR Essentials™ is available for $99/year and is ideal for residential REALTORS® who conduct a small number of commercial real estate transactions each year.
10. zipForm® 6 Support & Training: Outreach sessions, live and pre-recorded webinar training, and ample program FAQs are available to help you navigate your way through any zipForm® 6 transaction.
