WALNUT CREEK, CALIFORNIA • FEBRUARY 23, 2009 • The Contra Costa Association of REALTORS® has signed agreements with Real Estate Business Services Inc. (REBS) to provide Clarus™ MarketMetrics™ as a benefit to its approximately 4,000 MLS Participants and Subscribers. The scheduled launch date is March 2, 2009. More information will be posted for subscribers on this page (ccartoday.com/clarus) about training sessions, sample statistical reports, and in-depth product information, as well as access to the product after March 2nd.
Clarus™ MarketMetrics™ generates market and price-point analysis charts and reports that can be invaluable as a prospecting tool, an aid to setting seller expectations, or as a companion set of data to justify a buyer’s offer. Clarus™ MarketMetrics™ is powered by Terradatum Inc., a provider of real estate technology products based in Glen Ellen, California.

CCAR MLS offers its subscribers CMA reports, public records data, free classes, and comprehensive technical support. Throughout the month of March, there will be live training sessions on MarketMetrics™ held at CCAR. Additionally, trainers will be available to visit broker offices for personalized training. HomesOpenToday.com helps real estate professionals reach a broader audience of home shoppers, the vast majority of whom begin their home shopping search online. The site gives prospective homebuyers the opportunity to select desired cities from throughout the Great East Bay and most recently in Southern California, with MLS partner California Desert Association of REALTORS® (DHOT). An increased feature set includes as many as 26 photos per listing. Listings include information on property details and features, photos, map plotted favorites list, and more. The user-friendly site is available 24/7 with information updated hourly. Open house information is available two weekends into the future.
